HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

After submitting your application, please allow up to two business days for approval by Heawon. Once the commission details are confirmed, the painting process will begin following payment.

Before the painting process begins, we work closely with each client to create a visual reference document incorporating their preferred color palette and any previous works they are drawn to.

Once the size, color palette, and overall style are finalized, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from creation to delivery for U.S.-based orders. This timeline includes materials preparation, the painting process, and careful packaging for shipment.
