COMMISSIONED ARTWORK

Thanks for your interest in a piece of artwork that is custom created for your space. Please provide the information below to begin the process, and you will be contacted shortly.

Commissions are currently OPEN. Heawon takes 2-3 commissions a month.  You will be put on a waitlist and notified as soon as possible if your application is approved. 

 
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

Upon the submission of your application, please allow up to two business days for Heawon to approve your application.  Upon agreement of the commission piece, we will require a 50% deposit before the painting process starts.  Remaining payment will be required upon completion of the painting before shipping.

We will work with the client on creating a visual document incorporating the colors they have in mind as well as any previous work they like for reference. Remember, no two pieces are alike and for every commission, you are receiving a one-of-a-kind Heawon piece.

Once a size, color palette and style are chosen, please allow up to 6 weeks for all supplies to be ordered and for the painting process to be completed.  Upon completion, please allow 1-2 weeks for packaging and shipping out.

Please be specific as this will help give us the most accurate vision for your commission. Please include color preference, previous work of Heawon’s that you like (please link below), information about you/your home that will offer insight. You can include the location you hope to put the piece in your space.
